Featuring the latest in cardio and strength equipment by Cybex, we're also proud to offer Free Motion strength training equipment! If you've ever wanted to take your strength training to the next level, Free Motion equipment will definitely get you there! An indoor salt water pool welcomes members year round, as well as group exercise classes appropriate for people at all fitness levels. The Ridgeland YMCA is located in the Promenade Shopping Center just off County Line road and Old Canton Road.
