So what exactly is Y5210?  It's the Metropolitan YMCAs of Mississippi's attempt to combat youth obesity in Mississippi.

Y5210 - We want to encourage all kids to do the following in order to establish the foundation of a healthy lifestyle.
5 - Be sure to get at least five servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
2 - Have no more than two hours of screen time each day. (TV, Computer, Video Games, etc...)
1 - Get at least one hour of physical activity each day.
0 - Consume zero sugary beverages. (Soda, Kool-Aid, etc...)
