The last weekend of October means it's time for the Fit 2 Lead 5K at the Flowood YMCA! This is a great time for everyone in your family. Runners, walkers and spectators gather to celebrate together! No matter what your age or fitness level you'll have a great time. There is a 5K run/walk and a 1-mile fun run for the kids!
Costumes are encouraged for participants, but not required.
When: Saturday, October 30, 2010 from 8:00am
Where: Flowood YMCA
Cost: $20 or $25 (see registration form)
Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age group, plus door prizes and more at the finishers banquet!
