Reservoir YMCA

Don't shy away from the free weights and strength training equipment...sign up for a free session on free weights and Cybex weight machine instruction.   Groups of 5 per session.

1st session - Monday, Jan. 26 and Tuesday, Jan. 27 - 7:00 pm each night

2nd session - Monday, Feb. 2 & Tuesday, Feb. 3 - 7:00 pm each night
