Yoga Classes at the YMCA

Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years across the world because it’s a great way to build strength, stamina and flexibility, without putting undue stress on your body. By meditating, focusing on your breath and stretching your muscles, yoga also cultivates a wonderful sense of inner peace and serenity.

Led by nationally certified instructors, our Ys offer a variety of classes from beginner to more advanced, for kids to seniors.

All Yoga classes are free for members ages 17 and up (ages 13-16 may attend with a participating adult). Classes do not require registration; simply drop in. Please don’t hesitate to contact your branch for specific questions about our classes.
