In this prenatal and postpartum health program, expecting mothers and moms will meet twice a week to gain functional fitness through exercise. Each session will include the appropriate modifications for your trimester or phase of life. There will also be a focus on other key health matters for moms. 

These classes will be available at both our Clinton and Flowood YMCA branches and open to Y members and members of the community.
