The Metropolitan YMCAs of Mississippi’s Healthy Weight Loss is a 12 week, small group program led by our Health Coach Heidi Gill that focuses on mindset strategies, nutrition advice, and exercise plans to help participants shed pounds healthily. Classes will be held once weekly at the Flowood YMCA on Thursday afternoons at 12:15 pm beginning on August 26th.

This program will be $60 and is open to YMCA members as well as members of the community.
