Metropolitan YMCAs of Mississippi is here to help people of all exercise levels and abilities to find the best way for them to maintain a healthy exercise routine. The Y offers several adult group exercise classes like Zumba, pilates and yoga, as well as all kinds of other fun classes to tackle in a group setting. Exercising as part of a group will help you build community among your peers and find support in your path to well-being. Plus, exercising in a group is a great way to make friends and have fun!

If you’re not sure what class you should take, the Y offers FREE Healthy Lifestyle Orientations for adult members, where we examine your weight, Body Mass Index (BMI),  and Blood Pressure, to help determine if a Zumba or yoga class would be more appropriate. We’ll help you find your perfect fit!
